Whole 30 | Eating day | Healthy nutrition
So I wanted to share what I eat in the Whole 30 eating plan. On paper it may seem intimidating, but it's a gifted eating plan I've been enjoying so far.
I am 20 years old and I decided for the name of health and my body to deepen a little more in my journey of health and fitness and to do Whole 30 to discover what foods are the best for me and for my body. I hope you get inspiration from these recipes, whether you're in Whole 30 or not.

1 bag of pre-cooked cabbage vegetables (cabbage + carrots)
For the cabbage marinade:
1/4 cut of homemade mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon cumin
pinch of cayenne pepper (or a pinch of Tabasco)
ground black pepper and salt to taste
Mix everything! Then add …
1/4 cup of blueberries (or raisins)
1/4 cup of almonds (give them if you wish)
1 medium apple granny smith in cubes
Mix again and ENJOY!
Preheat the oven to 350! We are baking these meatballs!
1 pound of ground chicken
3 chopped green onions
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons. almond flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix everything together!
Roll them into 1-inch-2-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. The parchment paper on the sheet facilitates cleaning!
Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the inside temperature of the meatballs reaches 165 degrees.
1/4 cup of Frank's red hot sauce (add more if you like spice!)
2 tablespoons from Ghee
pinch of garlic powder
a pinch of coconut amino acids to give it a little sweetness (do this as you want to like the sauce)
Mix over medium heat until Ghee melts completely.
