So I wanted to share what I eat in the Whole 30 eating plan. On paper it may seem intimidating, but it's a gifted eating plan I've been enjoying so far.
I am 20 years old and I decided for the name of health and my body to deepen a little more in my journey of health and fitness and to do Whole 30 to discover what foods are the best for me and for my body. I hope you get inspiration from these recipes, whether you're in Whole 30 or not.
Here are some links to the Whole 30 website. You can buy your book and really do some research to see if this is something you would like to try.
