I share what I eat in a day! This full day of food is full of healthy and delicious recipes. I eat very close to a paleo diet, and I mean healthy foods and healthy foods that are full of nutrition for a balanced diet, without sacrificing flavor! Although as mainly paleo, I think that eating intuitively and listening to your body and discovering what works for you is very important. A healthy diet may seem a little different for everyone, but I hope this inspires you to eat well.
