What I eat in a day (ideas of healthy recipes to lose weight)
Alright guys, then they asked me to show them what I ate in a day, so I chose a random day and recorded everything I ate. This is a fairly typical food day since it is summer, so there are many fresh vegetables and salads. My meals generally change throughout the seasons, but they are generally high in protein and low in carbohydrates. I will take a YOLO meal or a cheat meal once a week if I need it!
