Smoothie Bowl:
2.5 frozen bananas
1/2 cup pineapple
1 tablespoon flaxseed
trickle of almond milk

Oatmeal Mango Energy Balls:
1/2 cup dry mango
5 dates
~ 1/2 cup of oatmeal (rolled, fast, old fashioned, they all work)
dry coconut to cover

Chickpea Empanadas:
1 can of chickpeas
1 cup kale
~ 1/2 cup of oatmeal (or add until it is together)
1 tablespoon of flaxseed + 3 tablespoons of water
Spices (use paprika, garlic + onion powder, salt, pepper)

Basil and Pesto Pasta Sauce
3 avocados
2 cloves of garlic
Few leaves of basil, depends on how "basil-y" you want it lol
Salt + pepper to taste.

A: Canon Mark III or Canon 70D and Final Cut Pro X

A: Filipino half, half Canadian

Q: how old are you?
A: 22 years

Q: Are all the products you use vegan?
A: No. Although as a vegan diet, not all the products I use daily are vegan. Therefore, semantically correct, I am based on plants.
