This video is about what I ate to lose weight! Here is an example of what I eat in a day. This video is meant to inspire you to make healthy food choices to help maintain or lose weight.

I lost 40 pounds! and many of you asked me to publish what I ate in a day to lose weight. – PSA: Do not hesitate to incorporate these food / food options to better fit your lifestyle and weight loss goals. These are simply ideas and examples from my own experience.

You can get multiple ideas from all these videos to fit your meal planning and body goals to win, lose or keep πŸ™‚

These are fast and easy food / meal options that I ate while actively losing weight.
These videos are not meant to be a strict diet to follow according to what I show. These are meant to give you ideas on how to change "bored" generic healthy foods.
Obviously, they can be added or changed to better suit you πŸ™‚
depending on your weight loss / weight gain / maintenance needs, as well as medical needs, allergies or just preference for taste, etc.

Today's video featured:
BREAKFAST:
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt 0%
1/4 cup of water / milk / coconut / almond milk
1/4 cup of ice / fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables
spoonful of protein powder of your choice
THEY MIX
then berries / fresh fruits of your choice as a filling
covered with granola or shaved coconut or seeds, etc.
I will usually have this with a cup of coffee and a glass of water with lemon.

LUNCH:
1/2 sliced ​​cucumber
1 tablespoon of tziki-based Greek yogurt
1/4 fresh avocado
a slice of low-calorie / low-carb bread toasted.
I will typically have this with a protein shake and a glass of mineral water with lemon and lemon.

DINNER:
serving size of low carb pasta
pepper and parsley
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter
shrimp
half bag of spinach
2 tablespoons of white wine
4 cloves of garlic
shrimp shrimp seasoning mix
I tend to stay with the water as much as possible, to change it I enjoy my own flavors added to water or mineral water.
tonight I had this meal with a glass of milk.
