Breakfast: CHOCOLATE BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:

For chocolate:
1.5 frozen, medium-sized bananas
1/4 cup of chocolate powder protein
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup vanilla with sugar-free almond milk
pinch of sea salt

For the banana:
1.5 frozen, medium-sized bananas
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup vanilla with sugar-free almond milk

snack I: BASEL ICE CUTTERS

Lunch: PICZAS DE SALCHILLO DE POLLO:
