Weekly shopping list

Produces
2 sweet potatoes
1 head of broccoli
½ pound of green beans
1 bunch of asparagus
1 English cucumber
1 head celery
2 red peppers
1 quarter of strawberries
1 pint of blueberries

meats
1 whole chicken

Grocery store
Vegetable broth
Quinoa

1. Roast a whole chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper
2. Roast two potatoes or sweet potatoes
3. Cook a cup of quinoa in two cups of vegetable broth
4. Boil and peel six large eggs for breakfast
5. Steam broccoli, green beans and asparagus for salads
6. Chop peppers, celery and cucumbers for refreshments
7. Rinse and mix the berries
