Sous vide healthy eating today guys. We have had incredible steaks and decided it was time for a light meal. For this cook, I got a delicious Alaskan cod fish from my local butcher and I could not let it go. I keep things light by also adding asparagus sous vide to this meal. Something funny happened with that asparagus with which I need your help. As always I hope you enjoy this video and I await your comments.
