Should you stop eating at night?

The problem of eating late at night is one of the most popular questions that I would like to do at the office everyday. Why do you feel that eating late at night interferes weight loss initiatives? When are they more related to what they are eating?

Overweight over your 20 pounds

When you are far above average weight, I do not think there is any difference in eating late at night. When you are heavy, you need to concentrate calories more by consuming the opposite calories. You need to create a calorie deficit. The way to do this is to use heart and weight training to eat slower than your daily caloric intake and make a bigger deficit.

When trying to increase muscle

This is when it is important to incorporate proteins into the system before going to bed. I drank protein shaking or scramble the egg for about 30 minutes in front of the bed to make sure that enough protein is taken into my body before sleeping for 7 or 8 hours and then lay eggs I like to make. I have no evidence to support this, but for me it makes sense to get protein before going to bed when adding muscle. (Restoring the organization, speeding up recovery, helping muscle growth).

When 5 to 10 pounds are lean

As I mentioned earlier, when you are overweight or around 5 to 10 pounds around the usual, the night meal is not a big deal From seeing 6 packs, all rules begin to change. At this point, you need to finish the last meal about 4 hours before bed. There is nothing to eat anything for 4 to 5 hours in front of the bed. If you really hungry you can eat apples and yoghurt or cottage cheese in the evening, but in most cases this time please stay away from meals.

Summary

When trying to increase muscle it is advisable to have you eat food before going to bed (protein is preferred). When you get overweight it is not really important – the most important thing is the proportion of the amount of calories you eat and the amount of calories. When you need to get 6 packs to pop it when you are in the ideal weight, we recommend you leave the meal for 4-5 hours before going to bed.
