Going back to healthy eating

Sometimes I fall into bad patterns of heavy carbohydrate consumption and too much refined sugar, so I often have "restart days" to get back on track. As you can see in this video, I still eat a lot, but the sandwiches are healthier! In this video I had 3 meals and 8 snacks. Yes, I'm a snacker!
