1 large sweet potato
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
sea ​​salt
cashew butter
for the ingredients I used:
Pumpkin seeds
sunflower seeds
Bee pollen

Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized coins.
In a bowl, mix the sweet potato with the coconut oil and cinnamon. Salt to taste.
Roast for 20 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade, turning them in half.
Let the sweet potatoes cool to room temperature, top with cashew butter and sprinkle your favorite ingredients.
