This is WEEK 1 of our lifestyle change from the food plan based on whole foods plants! We have been reading the book Breaking the Stronghold of food by Michael Brown. It's a Christian book on how to change your life and eat healthy!

Why should we be eating healthy? Because God gave us our bodies to glorify Him!

Our hope is that we can encourage others to start caring for their bodies by eating healthier foods. What we eat is fuel for our bodies and do not you want to put the best fuel possible so you can achieve great things? I know what I do!
