Nutrition – Guide to a healthy diet – With 2 SUPER HEALTHY RECIPES
Many of you have asked "what I eat in a day" and "diet".
We are going to talk about the food that I usually avoid, of course you can allow yourself something naughty from time to time, but never like the same thing twice.
It is very difficult to write or explain what my diet is. It varies so much that I really do not follow it.
I never had a problem with food or I saw my figure because I'm a dancer. I am lucky in that point of view, although there has been a moment in my life when I was affected by other bad habits. After almost fainting in rehearsals, I soon realized that I had to change the way I got my food intake.
I love good food, I love the feeling of eating something made with passion, as Italian I like to prepare my own meals, take the time to choose the right ingredients and add them one by one to the pan. What comes out is always a great satisfaction.
I learned to choose ingredients for the place where I live, organic and especially from local farms and in SEASON. Never eat berries in winter!
I know many of you do not have the time to "waste" in the kitchen (unless it's to do exercises with some of my videos :), but you can always prepare an extra portion to take to work the next day. This way, you will first know what it puts in your body and, secondly, it will save you a lot of money.
I am also guilty of eating out and not doing those extra portions at times, but there are alternatives that you can choose very easily.
