Peanut butter smoothie

2 Bananas
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder

Method

– Mix well all the previous ingredients and the smoothie is ready.

Oatmeal

1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of milk
Dry fruits

Method

– Cook the oats in the milk for 3 minutes and then decorate with dried fruits.

Grilled chicken

1 leg of chicken
Lemon juice
Garlic and ginger paste
Salt
Petroleum

Method

– Marinate the chicken in lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
– Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken well.
