Hi guys!
In this video, I am sharing a meal plan to lose weight for people with hypothyroidism. With an underactive thyroid the hard part is losing excess weight. This meal plan / meal plans for all day are highlights of the vegetarian diet (without eggs / meat), flavored with India, high in protein and high in fiber, with low calorie content (900 calories). This is a short-term plan. Follow this diet for only 10 days and you can lose up to 5 pounds.
