** How to maintain a healthy diet **

As much as we all feel better, more energetic and much healthier when we eat well, I know it's hard to be good all the time. Although it is possible to maintain a healthy diet constantly, much if you can be struggling with problems such as hunger, cravings and boredom. In this video, I will share 6 amazing strategies that will show you how to comply with your diet plan, starting today.

* Strategy # 1 – Take a short break from diet (0:58)

As I suggest in the video, this strategy may seem counterintuitive when you think about how to maintain a clean diet, but it has been proven that research works. However, it has two warnings. The diet break MUST be scheduled in your routine so you can start immediately when you reach the end of the agreed-upon timeline (7 or 14 days is suggested), and you can not go crazy! Loosen the rope a little, but do not go to order pizza and donuts every day.

* Strategy # 2 – Choose some new foods to take (2:53)

If you have been on a healthy eating plan for a while (maybe FF30X for example) and you have limited yourself to certain specific foods, it may be time to change things a little and try something new. If you have been using chicken, eggs and lean meat as protein, maybe change one or two and try wild salmon, sardines or turkey. In the same way, with your carbohydrates and fats too. There are many options available to you.

* Strategy # 3 – Try some new recipes (3:51)

When you are wondering how to follow a diet plan but you feel limited with the types of foods, check out some new recipes to spice things up a bit. There are literally thousands of excellent healthy recipes online, whether you're a carnivore, a vegetarian or a vegan. Simply look for the healthy Google recipe [favorite meal] and I'm pretty sure you can find a recipe with good ingredients that you can follow. Make sure you watch your portions!

* Strategy # 4 – Keep standardized healthy breakfast (4:10)

If you decide to take a break from the diet or mix your go-to and recipes, I would strongly recommend that you keep your breakfast as a standardized option. What this does is help you stay constant throughout the process, as a constant reminder of what you are doing with your healthy eating plan. Having a reminder every morning with your breakfast will make it less likely to deviate too much from the road.

* Strategy # 5 – Present low calorie sweets (4:57)

If one of the things that constantly makes you trip over your diet is having a sweet tooth, then give up and allow yourself a little indulgence. As long as you accept that it has to be small and not an excuse to do everything possible in the cookie jar, you'll be fine. A small tub of Arctic ice cream every now and then, or a couple of squares of Lilly's dark chocolate after your main meal will be fine, especially if it keeps you on the long-term path.

* Strategy # 6 – Get more external support from us (6:38)

If you are still having difficulty following a diet, you should seek outside help, which includes contacting us. As a customer, you will find strong support from the private Facebook group "Brotherhood" or, as a non-customer, you can still contact our amazing team at We are very happy to help anyone on a trip to improve their health and be a better version of themselves!
