How to create a healthy diet plan

That is good for women as well. Please prepare a small glass of skim milk or yoghurt. Please put eggs in breakfast as they are an excellent source of protein.

3. For the first snack, choose lightly small ones. But it is satisfying to keep your family till lunch. You can have nuts for energy, but please do not make things like cashew nuts. You can choose almonds and walnuts instead. Also, water with poor sugar flavor is also good. After that, please put meals rich in protein like tofu burger, vegetables, fruits etc for lunch. Some baby 's spinach leaves and slices of tomato are shredded together with cheese.

4. Please put two fruits in the second snack today. You can also give some cheddar slices. If they want salt, please pack mini pretzels. They will sleep after that, so please plan to lighten the dinner. You can eat fruits, salads, light protein dishes. There should be at least an hour interval between eating and sleeping. In this way your body easily digests the food and you can get a better sleep.
