Hemp is synonymous with a plant-derived protein. When you think "hemp", think about super food which contains 10 essential amino acids without thinking about marijuana and marijuana! It comes in many forms – use seeds, flour, oil – hemp but please keep it in the refrigerator. We use Knick's device "Oil goes bad." Hemp is naturally oily and may corrupt if it is not frozen.

Hemp smoothie
– 4 to 6 ounces of coconut water
– 1/2 of banana
– 1 cup blueberry

Mix all ingredients in the mixer and blend until smooth. Please increase the hemp seeds and enjoy!
