BAKE at 425F for 15 minutes
Porridge without grain
3/4 cup of almond milk
3 tablespoons of almond flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut crumbled
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of flax seed flour
