Hello!

So this week we filmed one of our restaurants for you. We wanted to show the foods we are buying for our new diet / meal plan. We are doing the intermittent fasting plan of the warrior's diet to lose weight. We are new to this!

Basically, this plan consists of 1-2 small meals, protein / fat throughout the day and a GREAT festive meal at the end of the day.

The party should be mainly protein and vegetables, with a few complex carbohydrates.

We only drink water, coffee (stevia, without milk) and tea (natural). We love to infuse our drinks with fresh citrus fruits such as lemon / lime / orange.

We are very excited about our new healthy eating plan, and we are very excited to show you how well we eat now.

Pork chops without skin without bone
boneless and skinless chicken
Salmon
