Healthy eating plan for beginners

YOU, literally, are what you eat! That's why it's important to be aware of what you put in your body. Here are 2 simple tips to make your diet right, no matter if you are doing Keto, Paleo, Weight Watchers, Atkins, IIFYM or whatever!
1) DRINK MORE WATER! It is recommended that you drink 1/2 of your body weight (in pounds) in ounces every day. Drink spring water or add a pinch of Celtic sea salt to each bottle of water you drink.
2) Cut out the processed and packaged foods as best you can! They will contain ingredients that are sick for your health. Eat whole foods with fruits and vegetables 🙂
