Outbreak of moong chat or salad rich in fiber, proteins, vitamins, antioxidants n low calorie n also loaded with nutrients that is very useful for diabetic weight loss.

INGREDIENTS:

1Cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 lemon for juice
1 tablespoon green chilies
Salt to salt
Cilantro leaves (dhania patta) 1 tablespoon
Chat masala according to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or mix well … the sprouted moong or the salad is ready … 😋😋😋🍜🍜🍲🍲
Consume it within a day😊😊
