Today I share with you some of my favorite healthy food ideas, including quick and easy recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I even take you to my favorite place to eat with friends: Mad Mex!

My recommendation is definitely the naked burrito so tasty but so good for you. But if you're having a cheating day, they also have churros on the menu, yum!

Fast and healthy breakfast ideas;
OMELETTE BREAKFAST
2 eggs
Handful of your choice of fillings – I went with;
Mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, spring onions and feta cheese
Salt and pepper
Zip Lock Baggy
Alfoil (optional if you have on the fly)

FYI Make sure you have a zipper bag of good quality, not just the cheap ones, because it can be divided in the water (you may or may not have learned this from experience)

Healthy lunch ideas perfect for school or work
WOMBOK SALAD
Half a cabbage wombok (accidentally said a whole in the video)
6 Spring onions (shallots)
Crispy Chang noodles
100g of roasted and toasted almonds

SALAD DRESSING
Quarter cup of white vinegar
Quarter Cup Caster Sugar (this gives it a bittersweet taste but if you're glad it's just a strong dressing you can leave the sugar or just include a pinch of fewer calories)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Half a cup of olive oil

Healthy dinner recipes
ZUCCHINI FRITTERS
3 grated zucchini
Half a cup of self-cooking flour (use wholemeal flour if you have a stricter diet)
2 finely chopped spring onions
Half a cup of mint, more or less chopped
2 eggs
Olive oil

ACCOMPANYING SAUCE
Small Greek yogurt tub
Zest and juice of half a lemon
Fourth cup of mint leaves (more or less chopped)
1 cucumber in cubes
