South Beach Diet is now one of the most popular meals in the public market. South Beach Diet has three parts, or stages. The first phase lasts two weeks. In the first stage, by cutting out foods containing high glycemic carbohydrates, diet will do its utmost to eradicate the body of insulin resistance. Instead of eating dairy products, candies and sugar, fruits, cereals, cereals and starch (mainly potatoes and bread), diet tries to limit food intake to vegetables, eggs, meat, nuts and cheese.

In the second stage, we will return fruits, dairy products, whole grains to a diet's meal plan. Tip # 2 Kraft Foods investigated South Beach's diet therapy. This study included 69 subjects studied over 3 months. This research backed up the information discovered by Agatston, who conducted a unique study of the effectiveness of SB meals one year before the study of Kraft Foods. The results of both studies were good.
