Children not eating vegetables eat this vegetarian pasta salad
Children are noodle nuts. They eat spaghetti with tomato sauce, but they shy vegetables. When I say the word "vegetables", children will start to make faces. Junior high school students and high school students eat vegetables, but what they eat is selective. My 15 year old grandchildren (they are unique twins) are pregnant to eat vegetables by moving vegetables on the plate. What can I do? I combined pasta with vegetables and added a stinky lemon dressing. The ratio of vegetables to pasta is 5: 1, I think it is quite delicious.
In this direction, we need to serve salad for 3 hours and serve. Long pasta marinates more dressing that it absorbs. If you transfer salad to marinade in the afternoon or evening, you may need more dressing than the recipe. My grandchildren very much loved the salad, so I came back for a few seconds. My grandson has returned to one-third.
This is not an accurate recipe. If the remaining vegetables throw them into a salad. Make a vegetarian version or add the selected protein (see below). Taste to customize salad for your children. Children who do not like black olives may eat green. If your child hates comments, please leave them. You can substitute cheddar for cheddar cheese, leaving the roasted red pepper.
Salad has a good taste throughout the year, but it tastes particularly good in the summer where fresh vegetables can consume, and tomatoes taste like them. Vegetables – pasta salad is the perfect picnic food. Please keep it cold.
