Although obesity is often used for manga effects, the actual definition of obesity condition is an increase in body weight caused by excessive accumulation of fat. Calculation of weight index or BMI can determine the difference between overweight and obesity using the height and weight of a particular person. Both terms are considered beyond the weight considered healthy for a given height. The categories of BMI are as follows:

• Weight loss = 18.5
• Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
• Weight gain = 25-29.9
• Obesity = BMI greater than 30

Childhood obesity has grown greatly in recent years. Approximately 30% of adolescents are obese due to lack of exercise and lack of diet. There are also risks from obesity of increased risk of diabetes, hypertension, sleep disorders and heart disease, as well as low self-esteem that may arise from overweight or obesity. Research shows that obese children between the ages of 10 and 13 have a probability of becoming an adult in obesity is 80%. According to statistics, more than 60 million American adults have morbid obesity with BMI> 40 and another 9.6 million BMI is 35-40. The health risk associated with morbid obesity is significantly higher than obesity and is a huge risk factor for hypertension, cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, diabetes, respiratory diseases and some cancers.

Diet and exercise are the best way to fight obesity. To change your weight and health, you need to change eating habits, choose snacks and healthy choices. Please do not take in those "fashionable meals" and metabolic irritants. Weight loss requires labor and effort in your work, but the result is worth it.
