Hey, guys! Today I am sharing with you 5 quick, easy and healthy dinner ideas that are perfect for the week!

I'm often very busy and I do not have a lot of time to cook, so these do not take much time at all (even if they seem to be "extravagant" in some way). I try to eat healthier because it makes me feel better with good energy (and ALSO, you know I love food), so these are some of the easy-to-prepare, quick, healthy and tasty recipes that I love for dinner .
