Cucha3 tablespoons oyster sauce
A small group of dhania (chopped)

✔FERME LIGHTING FISH WITH SALAD HANDLE
Serve 2:

500G Fish Fillet (Red Snapper)

Mango Salad:
1 large ripe mango
1/4 onion
2 medium cucumbers
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
1 medium lemon (juice)
* pinch of chili powder
* pinch of salt (optional)

Dip of mint and yogurt:
Handful of mint leaves
4 tablespoons of plain yogurt

✔GITHERI & PAPRIKA CHICKEN SALAD WITH DHANIA DRESS
Serves 3:
Cup1 cup of boiled corn (200 g)
Cup1 cup of boiled beans (200 g)
Tomatoes2 tomatoes (minced meat removed)
1 cup of lettuce (grated)
⦿1 / 2 onion (chopped)
⦿1 green pepper
⦿1 / 2 red pepper
⦿1 / 2 yellow pepper
Cucha2 tablespoons of dhania

For chicken breasts:
⦿2 chicken breasts (divided in half)
⦿2 tablespoons of olive oil
T1 spoons of paprika
Cucha1 teaspoon full of oregano

Pepper black pepper to taste

Dhania yogurt dressing
A small group of dhania (coriander)
½ cup of yogurt
