EGG MUFFIN CUP RECIPE

Preheat the oven to 350 + cover a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.

Mix 12 eggs in a large cup and season with salt and pepper.

Add any of the following vegetable combo below to each cup of muffins, filling the cup halfway (you can mix and match your fillings).

Divide the eggs between each cup of muffin and cook for 20 minutes. Great and enjoy!
