Smoothie Recipe:

2 leaves of kale
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 banana
5 tablespoons frozen wild blueberries
1/3 medium sweet potato (cooked)
1 tablespoon of soaked chiaseeds
1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder
1/2 teaspoon of spirulina powder
2 teaspoon almond butter (optional)

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth!
