Ingredients:
Avena Besan Cheela:
1/2 cup of oatmeal
3 tablespoons of flour kiss / chickpea flour
1/2 onion
1 grated carrot
1 green chile
1/4 inch ginger
chopped cilantro leaves
Pink salt of the Himalayas, as needed
1/2 teaspoon of jeera
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder
1/2 cup of water plus 1 tbsp
1/2 teaspoon of desi ghee for each cheela

Rotation of oat weight loss:
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 inch of ginger, chopped
1 chopped green chile
1 sprig of curry leaves.
1 sweet potato
Pink salt of the Himalayas, as needed
1/2 teaspoon of jeera
1/2 teaspoon of desi ghee

Note: sweet potatoes have a low GI and are low in calories, the high vitamin A in them helps make your skin shine and prevents hair loss. Include sweet potatoes in your diet when they are in season, but people who have kidney stone problems can use them in moderation.
This recipe was adapted slightly from my sweet potato roti that I made with whole wheat flour, I substituted the wheat flour with oatmeal and I added some chilies, ginger, etc. to give it flavor
